POSTPONED: Introduction to Journaling

In our day to day routines, it is easy to forget that the most important relationship we have is with ourselves. This introduction to journaling workshop is a moment for us to come together and pause, to check in, and to further develop a relationship with ourselves. Through guided activities and prompts, we will explore how the practice of journaling can be a form of self care, help us navigate anxiety and stress , and encourage personal growth and self awareness–all while getting to know ourselves just a little bit deeper in the process.
You do not have to consider yourself to be a “writer” for this workshop! It is open to anyone who is curious about exploring the magic of the written word. All you need to bring is a pen, journal and an open mind.
** Please note there are two session 12:30-2 pm and also 6-730 pm**
Pre-registration is required to ensure adequate attendance for each session; only 10 spaces are available in each session. You may register at the library or by phone or email.
